I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my two young children, enjoying the comfortable rooms and exceptional customer service. The location was convenient with easy access to Townsville's main attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with complimentary coffee. I stayed with my two young children and found the hotel to have modern decor with a lovely balcony. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, making great efforts to ensure our needs were met. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, but it wasn't clearly labeled on the edges of the bar. The dining experience was excellent with complimentary coffee and delicious homemade cakes. The facilities provided were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to Townsville's main attractions and near the ferry terminal to Magnetic Island. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a nice new bathroom attached, though the noise from the nearby nightclub can be bothersome. The service is exceptional, with everyone from the cleaners to the management making sure our needs were met. The dining options are limited, but the complimentary coffee in the morning is a nice touch.
